TRISTAN Tate is being investigated on an additional charge of inciting others to violence.

The disgraced Tate brothers and two Romanian women remain under house arrest as a probe into human trafficking and rape allegations continues.

Romania’s DIICOT anti-organised crime prosecuting unit notified Tristan Tate on Monday that the additional charge was added to his name, DIICOT spokesperson Ramona Bolla told Reuters.

After the new charges were announced, Tristan took to Twitter to hit out at prosecutors in yet another online rant.

Brothers Andrew and Tristan were informed last week by the court that their house arrest extension would last another 30 days.
