A Hong Kong district councillor accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl more than a decade ago told her that couples should “bare their naked bodies to one another”, the alleged victim told a court on Monday. Yuen Long district councillor Sei Chun-hing, 37, has denied indecently assaulting the woman, now 28, and having unlawful sexual intercourse with her in his home when she was underage. Sei, a personal assistant to cultural and sports lawmaker Ma Fung-kwok, was arrested last April...
