VLADIMIR Putin has unleashed a mysterious new nuclear missile as Joe Biden makes a historic trip to Europe.
Spectacular video shows the night time launch of the powerful rocket believed to be a Topol-ME – also known as the Yars-E – from a test firing range.

The launch coincided with the arrival of President Joe Biden in Northern Ireland, where he was greeted by Rishi Sunak.
Russian tyrant is fond of timing nuclear missile tests with Biden’s trips to Europe and he reportedly tested the Satan-2 missile while the US president was in Ukraine.
Footage shows the launch shortly before midnight as Russians today mark the 62nd anniversary of Yuri Gagarin becoming the first man in space.
It was fired from the Kapustrin Yar test site in Astrakhan region and hit the Sary-Shagan range in neighbouring Kazakhstan.
The Military Russia website and other news outlets indicated the launch was a test “apparently for the first time” of advanced version of the 15Zh55ME Topol-ME also known as Yars-E.
A Topol-ME launch from Kapustrin Yar had been predicted for this year.
The Yars missile has a range of 7500 miles and is capable of hitting targets in the US and Europe.
In an official statement, the Russian defence ministry said the launch was aimed at “testing the advanced military supply of intercontinental ballistic missiles”.
“The launch permitted proving that design and engineering solutions used in the development of new strategic missile complexes are correct,” said the ministry.
Russia is also due to carry out more tests with its big beast hypersonic Sarmat rocket, known in the West as Satan-2.
The tests appear to have been subject to mysterious delays in a humiliation for after a failure to meet a deployment deadline at the end of 2022.
Five test launches of Satan-2 have been predicted for this year.
It comes as a leading Russia expert has warned Vladimir Putin could still use nuclear weapons in Ukraine in a final act of destruction.
To stop this “death cult” act the tyrant needs to be told of the apocalyptic consequences to Russia and him personally, which the West has so far failed to do, says Keir Giles.
Throughout the war in Ukraine, Putin has engaged in nuclear sabre rattling in a bid to warn the West off increasing military aid to Kyiv.
In the most direct threat, he said Russia “will use all the means at our disposal” to defend itself adding “this is not a bluff” as he announced a mass mobilisation.
Putin’s latest move has seen him order Iskander nuclear capable missiles to be deployed to Belarus, bringing them within reach of Kyiv as well as the NATO capital cities of Warsaw and Vilnius.
Nuclear bombers including the Tu-95 Bear and Tu-160 are regularly filmed carrying out drills.
